Each week you'll check-in via a series of in-depth questions.
These questions will provide me with everything I need to know to keep you on track with your goals.
Do I need a gym membership to participate?
The Ditch Your Dad-Bod Blueprint has been optimized to generate incredible results whether you're training in a full commercial gym, or training at home with zero equipment. This means no matter where you are, and no matter what you have access to, you'll still be able to CRUSH your goals.
What if I’m skinny fat and I need to get rid of my belly and shape up?
This program has been designed for people JUST like you!
Not only will you be removing "fluff" from your problem areas (love handles, beer belly, man boobs), you'll also be adding SHAPE to the right areas (arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs).
Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?
Absolutely not! The workouts are designed to get you in and out of the gym in about 1 hour, 3-4 days per week.
Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?
Yes. I will be monitoring everything you're doing from my end.
Your workouts, your nutrition, literally everything.
How long does your program last?
The Ditch Your Dad-Bod Blueprint is 6 months in duration.
But you're more than welcome to stay longer if you'd like!
Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?
Yes. In fact, most members opt for the 'Paid In Full' option, as the savings can be quite substantial.

I have never hired a fitness coach and it’s intimidating. Shouldn’t I make some progress on my own first?
What if I have food allergies? Will you force me to eat what’s on your meal plan?
One of the beautiful things about this program is my 80/20 Flexible Dieting Protocol that I teach you.
You will NOT be expected to follow a strict, boring meal plan. Instead, you'll learn how to achieve your goals using complete nutritional freedom.
Can I still drink wine on the weekends?
YES! My 80/20 Flexible Dieting Protocol will teach you how to enjoy the foods you love while still achieving your goals!
How do I pay and lock in my spot?
What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a decision.
If you're not the final decision maker in regards to joining the program, the other person will need to be on the call as well so that a firm decision can be made at the end of the call.
