Do you have any type of guarantee?
I can guarantee what I do with my time, but I can't guarantee what you do with yours. That being said, if you follow this program to the letter and go ALL IN, you will succeed.
What does your coaching program teach?

Rooted in hard scientific evidence, and time tested on dozens and dozens of clients, our three core pillars surrounding Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability will provide you with jaw dropping and sustainable results.
How is this different than all the other workout programs I’ve already tried?
We're too focused on serving our 100+ fat-loss students to worry about what our competitors are doing. That being said, what you won't find in this program are stupid fad-diets, brutal HIIT workouts, or endless cardio. We do things differently than most, which is why we have the best transformations to show for it.
Will I get a step-by-step roadmap even if I’m just getting back into shape?
You'll be handed everything you need to succeed on a silver platter. Whether you're trying to lose your first 50lbs, or your last 20lbs, you'll be given everything you need from A to Z.
Can I pay you after I lose the weight?
Those who pay, pay attention. It's imperative that you have skin in the game from day one.
How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I am way too busy with my work and kids. I hardly have time to take a shower.
We coach some of the busiest men on the planet with schedules so packed it would make your head spin. Yet they make it happen. The truth is, you're probably not as busy as you think you are. You just need a plan that removes the guesswork and allows you to execute it with speed and precision.

If you've been cleared by your physician and/or physiotherapist to begin regular strength training, yes.
Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?

Do I need a gym membership to participate?

What if I’m skinny fat and I need to get rid of my belly and shape up?
We're the best at destroying Skinny-Fat Syndrome. Whether you have 50+lbs of fat to lose, or simply just need to trade up some fat for muscle, our systems have got you covered.
Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?
Listen, we get it, between work, family, and leisure, you're a busy guy. That's why all of our workouts have been designed using our Signature Results to Time Ratio, providing you with the best results possible with the least amount of time invested. You'll be in and out of the gym in under 60 minutes, only 3-4 times per week.
Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?
Coach RK keeps a watchful eye on all of your key metrics every single week. And when you submit your weekly check-in form, it allows him to monitor your data and make any changes to keep you dialled in and on track.
How long does your program last?
The DYDB Blueprint is a 24 week experience from start to finish.
Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?
Our paid in full option will provide you with the most value, by far.
I have never hired a fitness coach and it’s intimidating. Shouldn’t I make some progress on my own first?
Let's be honest with ourselves. If you could do it on your own, you'd have done it already, and you wouldn't be on this page right now. Investing in a proven path forward is the only way to truly time-collapse your goals and maximize your results.
What if I have food allergies? Will you force me to eat what’s on your meal plan?
Coach RK will NOT put you on any sort of strict, boring, or BS meal plan. Our systems will teach you how to torch stubborn fat permanently eating the foods you already love and enjoy every day.
Can I still drink wine on the weekends?
We believe in #FullNutritionalFreedom, which means you can enjoy a glass of wine every single night if you so choose.
How do I pay and lock in my spot?
What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a decision.
If anyone else will be involved in the decision making process with regards to joining the program, they will need to be on the Strategy Call with you, to ensure everyone is on the same page.
